On Thursday we reported that NewEgg listed the Asus Eee PC 900 for sale, but they removed the product pages again after a couple of hours. Now other retailers have started offering the new Asus Eee PC.

Buy.com (via TheGadgetSite) for $549.99. If you use Google Checkout you get $10 off. Buy.com states that the Asus Eee PC 900 ships in 1-2 days.

J&R has the Asus Eee PC 900L also listed, but still marked as pre-order.

3rd party retailers on Amazon.com offers also the two Asus Eee PC 900 versions, but they have put a premium on it and charges $585 for the Linux version and $589.99 Windows XP version. Update: Amazon now offers the Asus Eee 900 directly for $549.99.
